My God!
Restore Me was written at a very low point in my life. I was broken and felt like I had no place to go. All I could do was cry out to God because I needed answers, I certainly needed deliverance. I felt distant from God and since he NEVER leaves us, I knew it had to be me. I asked God to forgive me and to Restore my joy! The biggest blessing came when I walked through the doors of Mt. Olivet Baptist Church in Peekskill, New York under the anointed leadership of The Reverend Dr. Aldophus C. Lacey. Pastor Lacey and the Mt. Olivet Baptist Church embraced me, inspired me and helped me to heal some deep rooted wounds. I am not sure if they will ever know how God used them as a vessel to help Restore the Joy in my life. I am forever thankful to my God who loves unconditionally and my awesome Pastor, the Reverend Dr. Aldophus C. Lacey who supports me 200%!
